There is something about taking a seemingly out-dated piece of furniture and giving it a fresh coat of paint with a modern twist.  No matter your style~coastal, farmhouse, boho, shabby chic, industrial~inherited and found pieces can be included in an eclectic mix of decor. Paint a dining room table Duck Egg Blue, with a complementing espresso stained top.  Chairs painted Old White and reupholstered seats in a modern fabric. Use a thrifted credenza as a TV console in a lovely Poppy Red.  Glossy Bright White will elevate a dark, dining room hutch to swanky bar status.
